1 measure white peach puree
Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
Pour puree and Prosecco into a flute (glass, not the instrument), stir and decorate with a peach wedge.
Now I’m thinkin’ the way to easy this up is to get a can of peaches, preferably white, but you know, whatever. Open the can, toss in the blender, pour some into a glass and top off with something fizzy. I’m thinking you could even make a bunch for a crowd – giving the guests some made with soda and keeping the boozed up ones for yourself.

Another easy way to do this, if you can hang with the corn syrup, is to use Kern’s peach Nectar.
Also great? mango juice! Phillipines brand, avail in big packs at costco, is delish!
